What types of payment do you accept?

Goodnightmoonfuton.com accepts several methods of payment. As an Authorize.net verified merchant we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments via Paypal and personal check or money order

Do you have a retail showroom?

Goodnightmoonfuton.com is e-commerce only and we do not have a showroom at this time. That is how we keep our prices as low as they can go.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy. You can return any item you purchase from Goodnightmoonfuton.com with the exception of mattresses, which are not returnable due to Massachusetts state law, and covers from our exclusive line of futon covers. Covers from our exclusive line are considered special orders and therefore non-returnable once production has begun. In the rare occurrence of an error in manufacturing, exclusive covers will be corrected only at the manufacturers expense. Due to the special nature of our exclusive fabrics no returns can be accepted. All other returns can be made for any reason. All items must be in re-salable condition and in the original packaging. Once Goodnightmoonfuton.com receives the returned merchandise and it is inspected we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges

How do you ship my order?

The majority of items on Goodnightmoonfuton.com ship via UPS or Fedex Ground. There are a few items that are too large for either of these companies that are shipped via common carrier. We ship anywhere in the lower 48 states for the price shown, gauranteed. You can find shipping details on each product's page.

What do I do after my order has shipped?

Once you receive your order you will need to open and inspect it as soon a possible. We know that some situations may require that you store your frame before assembly, but neither Goodnightmoonfuton.com, or the shipping company can assume responsibility for damage to any item in a customers' possession for more than 14 days.

What do I if my order is damaged in shipping?

The majority of orders at Goodnightmoonfuton.com arrive in perfect condition, from our facilities to your door. In the event that your order is damaged in shipping the following steps should be taken.

If upon delivery there is obvious damage to your item, refuse the damaged piece and contact Goodnightmoonfuton.com at 413-665-2000 or send us an email as soon as possible.

If after receiving your order you find hidden damage upon inspection contact us as soon as possible. It is very important to inspect your order within 14 days of receiving it. All shipping damage claims filed after 14 days of receipt cannot be honored by Goodnightmoonfuton.com.

Once we hear from you about a damaged item, Goodnightmoonfuton.com will get a replacement part out to you as soon as possible. If you have a digital camera, please forward any images you feel are relevant to expediting your claim

Can I cancel my order?

Goodnightmoonfuton.com will be happy to cancel any order placed, whether over the phone or via the Internet. In the event that you plan to cancel your order, try to let us know as soon as possible. If you inform us about your decision to cancel your order after an item has shipped, Goodnightmoonfuton.com cannot refund any shipping charges, and there will be a 15% restocking fee. If Goodnightmoonfuton.com is notified before any item has shipped we will be happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund. How much does shipping cost?

At Goodnightmoonfuton.com we include all the shipping charges into the price that you see. Unlike most of our competition, we won't even try to tell you that shipping is free. (Webmaster's note: Goodnightmoonfuton.com has been working with our UPS and FedEx sales agents, but we just can't get them to agree to give us free shipping, even though we point out that our competitors are getting free shipping.) Well, sorry for the sarcasm, but any business whose only selling point is free shipping is insulting your intelligence to try and make a sale, something that Goodnightmoonfuton.com will not do.

Futon frames are heavy, bulky items that can cost over $150.00 to ship, mattresses are $60.00 and up. We include those charges in the final price you see, we won't lie to you, our valued customers.

Can I rush my order?

Goodnightmoonfuton.com does offer expedited shipping on some items. For an addititional $20-$30 we can get your order out within 1-2 business days, so that your mattress or cover should arrive within 5-7 business days. Goodnightmoonfuton.com can also upgrade your shipping from Standard Ground to the following, 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day Air or even Next Day Air for those who are on a very tight schedule. Charges for upgraded shipping vary, please contact us for a quote.

Where do you ship to?

Goodnightmoonfuton.com currently ships to the anywhere in the lower 48 states, for the price shown. We can ship to AK and HI for additional shipping charges. Please contact us for a quote. We can also ship to Canada but the customer is responsible for any import fee / tax, brokerage, and any additional freight costs for international shipping.

Is Goodnightmoonfuton.com safe and secure?

You can shop with confidence at Goodnightmoonfuton.com. Our shopping cart is secured by Comodo. Our cart uses 128 bit encryption combined with real time credit card authorization via Authorize.net. We also offer Paypal and accept Personal Checks or Money Orders for those who wish to use another payment option. Personal Checks require a ten day waiting period while the check clears before any item is shipped.
