Shopping cart options?

When I first setup Goodnight Moon Futon I instinctively used the ecommerce software that I was familiar with. I knew the code and setup like the back of my hand. I did this despite the fact that I knew this particular software really limited what I could do with my site. Since then I have found so many options that I wish I knew about before going forward with my current cart provider. Take AmeriCommerce for example. Their cart has tons of features at a great price. Like multiple store fronts from the same cart, custom templates, and a packed Search Engine Optimization feature, just to name a few.
