My First Impression of Answering Services


So, in the past week or so I've been looking at some Answering Services to see if they were right for my business. One that I saw and really liked was MAP Communications. MAP Communications has been around since 1991, so they must have a fairly solid track record. MAP Communications is also employee own, which in my mind speaks volumes about the mission of the company. Employee's of a company with profit sharing usually work that much harder and care more about their work. It's not just some greedy CEO that's makes out when the employee's bust their humps. Hmm, maybe I should forward this to my old employer ;)

This feature will definitely give you a chance to get familiar with the system and confirm that it will meet your expectations.

Lastly, but definitely not least is the fact that MAP Communications actually has facilities in the US. How many times have you experienced difficulty dealing with a call center in India or some other far away land? Now, you might not have too.
