Security Cameras

When I ran the warehouse for my former employer, I strongly suggested the installation of some wireless security cameras due to the location. I found a great selection of cameras at IT Planet, and the prices were great. The wireless cameras start at $399, they have dome and hidden cameras available as well. All you need is a hard drive on site and you're good to go on your wireless security system.

Anyway, back to my story. As you may have guessed already, the warehouse was not in a highly traveled area, most warehouses aren't, and there was some suspicious activity late in the night that eventually cost my form boss quite a bit of money. I'll elaborate, late one night after everyone was gone for the night, someone went to the warehouse and cut off all the catalytic converters off every vehicle behind the building to sell the platinum wiring. That's thousands of dollars in stolen property. If we'd installed cameras we may have been able to press charges on someone, or the perpetrators may have just bailed on the heist. Ah, to think about what could have been.
