Sedona Method.... Catch The Happiness Wave !!!!!

Lately, I've heard a few things about a meditative technique called the Sedona Method, a chemical free means through which to find happiness according to it's Co-Founder Hale Dwoskin. As an aikidoka and yogi I know that the power of the mind is a powerful force inside every person, and by focusing your intentions on a positive path you can make great changes happen within yourself. That being said, here's what the Sedona Method has to say about making your existence a happier one.

The Sedona Method counsels anyone who wants to take part in its program to let go of the un-happy thoughts that people have a tendency to hold on to. The Sedona Method is unique in that it doesn’t ask people to cover over their negative thoughts with positive ones.

“Positive thinking alone can’t bring happiness, peace or success,” says Dwoskin. “It’s my experience that our negative thoughts and feelings just surface elsewhere if we try to force ourselves to think or feel positively. Acknowledging them and seeing through the illusion that they are about a separate person brings an end to suffering.”

The Sedona Method holds workshops on a regular basis, all over the world for anyone who feels they may benefit from learning the ability to let go. But, it you can't make it to a seminar, they also have informational DVD's that may be able to help as well.

All in all the Sedona Method sounds like a promising technique to overcome ones negative feelings.
