A hot term in the futon industry over the last few years has been "Wall Hugger Futon Frame". Lots of people are looking for them, even if they don't know how they came to be. The short story behind wall hugger futon frames goes like this: the futon industry made design changes in an attempt to compete with sleeper sofas which don't need to be moved out from the wall when pulling the bed out.
