Is Free Shipping Really Free?

I always like to see what the competition is saying and selling, that's business. I have noticed that the majority of online futon retailers are claiming that they give you free shipping. I thought to myself, how can they do it? How can they ship a large item like a futon for free.? Did I give my UPS rep a call and ask him how they do it? Not a chance, sorry for the sarcasm, but it just isn't true. Any retailer that tells you that they offer free shipping, while at the same time they tell you that if you would like to return an item shipping is non-refundable is out right insulting your intelligence. This is a pretty standard practice for online futon retailers, but Goodnightmoonfuton.com is trying to be up front about the fact that shipping futons does cost money.
